Positive: The room was massive and very clean, only the family room was available when I was booking which meant I had a huge space for just one person. It was nice to not be climbing over furniture and baggage as I had done in other properties with much smaller rooms! :) the subway stop was also right across the road which was very handy for getting around. The in house laundry machine was brilliant to have as well.

Negative: The double mattress was too hard for me to sleep on but luckily the single bed in the family room was extremely comfortable and that fixed that issue for me! :) Honestly, I thought the shared bathroom (1 toilet for women/1 toilet for men an then one separate shower room) would be an issue but it was actually fine and I never had to wait which was great but could be a problem if all 3 rooms in the house were booked at the same time. I would say if you’re a light sleeper I would be cautious with booking this property; the person in the room next to mine came home quite late one night and was using I think a vacuum pump for baggage until 2.30am and I really struggled to get to sleep with the noise. The same person woke up and started doing it again around 7.30am. Thankfully, I was the only person on the entire floor for the remainder of my stay which was a bit of a relief as I was concerned about my ability to sleep had someone else booked into the room next to mine for the rest of my time in Osaka. The kitchen was also a bit unclean in my opinion so I didn’t end up using the cooking facilities.

Summary: Not for light sleepers but is a very spacious well situated property!

Positive: The staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was some confusion with the address provided with the reservation so we showed up to the wrong spot, but they responded quickly with the correct address. Then when we got there our rooms smelled like smoke and once they came and verified that for the selves they upgraded our group to the top floor for the whole trip. I really appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to help us out.

Negative: We weren't expecting our rooms to have a shared bathroom based on the description so that is the one thing to be aware of but if you're ok with a shared bathroom and living space then this place is awesome. Beds are on the harder side but that was my general experience while visiting Japan.

Positive: They provide you with so much! It is right next to the metro entrance, convenience store, vending machine, and a really nice restaurant! This is one of the best places I have stayed at, I highly recommend it! For those who don't know too much Japanese, they have placed English instructions on all of the appliances! They respond very quickly to messages and are very nice!

Summary: Very low price, but very nice accomodations!!
